Welcome to DatePull. These Terms govern your access and use of the DatePull application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Sajha Jagir Private Limited (“DatePull”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). By using DatePull, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use DatePull. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement, all information you provide is accurate, and you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, we will delete the account immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
DatePull is a social networking and communication platform enabling users to connect, communicate, and interact online. DatePull does not guarantee compatibility between users, successful relationships, or the accuracy of user-provided information. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with others.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain password security, accept responsibility for activities under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create fake/misleading profiles.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Services to: harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others; share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content; engage in fraud; upload malicious software; collect user data without consent; violate intellectual property rights; send spam; or promote illegal activities.
Additionally, you may not post: nude/sexually explicit material, copyrighted content without permission, impersonation of public figures, or personal contact details (email/phone/social handles) in public profile fields. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content (text, photos, messages, etc.). By posting content on DatePull, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services (e.g., displaying profiles, featuring testimonials with your consent). We will not sell your photos to third parties for their own marketing. You represent that you own the content or have rights to it, and it does not violate laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DatePull, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from DatePull, including account notifications, security alerts, service announcements, and promotional communications (where permitted by law). You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment or subscription. By purchasing paid services, fees are displayed before purchase, payments processed via third-party providers (Apple, Google, Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal via your account settings or through your app store account. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Note: We are not responsible for payment errors caused by third-party processors.
9. Safety and User Responsibility
DatePull does not conduct background checks on users. We are not responsible for user behavior. Online and offline interactions carry inherent risks. You agree to take reasonable precautions when communicating or meeting other users. Report suspicious behavior immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
All DatePull content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials are owned by Sajha Jagir Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or use our branding without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent/unlawful activity, or harm other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DatePull disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee error-free or secure service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sajha Jagir Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, emotional distress, or user interactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DatePull during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. For free users, total liability shall not exceed USD $50 (or equivalent NPR), except for claims arising from fraud or willful misconduct.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sajha Jagir Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@datepull.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts located in Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you reside outside Nepal, your mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and DatePull regarding use of the Services.

➕ Safety, Reporting & Blocking
DatePull prioritizes user safety. You may block or report any user who violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe. Reports are investigated promptly, and we may suspend or ban offending accounts. While we do not guarantee immediate action, we use reasonable efforts to maintain a respectful environment. To report abuse, email abuse@datepull.com or use the in-app reporting feature.
🗑️ Right to Delete Account & Data
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings under “Delete Account”. Upon deletion, we will remove your profile and User Content from public view, except where we are required to retain data for legal, safety, or fraud prevention obligations (e.g., transaction logs). For assistance, contact privacy@datepull.com.
